The Jefferson Christian Church has just published a cookbook. Over 200 recipes were submitted by the members and friends of the church.
The recipe book is indexed as follows: Appetizers & Beverages; Soups & Salads; Vegetables & Side Dishes; Main Dishes; Breads & Rolls; Desserts; Cookies & Candy; and This & That. The book cover has a spiral binding and a very attractive cover. There are many interesting items in the cookbook including: helpful tips, explanations of cooking terms, calorie counting and much more. Each recipe book sells for $10.00. The proceeds from the sale of the cookbooks will benefit the youth group at JCC. A special "Thank You" to Sarita Lanpher for putting the book together.
